MEP BIM Modeling Services
We model mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) systems in Revit, from design intent up to LOD 400 construction models.
Every duct, pipe, cable tray and sprinkler main is routed with real clearances and clash-checked against the structure, so your trades can build from the model and take shop drawings straight from it. Typical projects include high-rise residential, hospitals, office fit-outs and industrial plants.

Scan to BIM Services
We turn laser scan point clouds into accurate as-built Revit models of existing buildings.
This is the right starting point for renovation, retrofit, heritage and tenant fit-out work, where the old drawings no longer match what is on site. We process the point cloud in Autodesk ReCap and model in Revit. Send us your scan data and we will confirm scope, LOD and turnaround.

Fire Protection Modeling Services
We model sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm and smoke control systems to the fire code and standard your project specifies.
Fire services are often modeled last and squeezed into whatever space is left. We coordinate them inside the federated model from the start, which means fewer clashes and fewer changes on site. Clash Detection & BIM Coordination
We run clash detection across your federated architectural, structural and MEP models in Navisworks and find the conflicts before they reach site.
