Skills We Look For
- Revit MEP, Revit Architecture or Revit Structure modeling
- Reading MEP, architectural and structural drawings
- Clash detection in Navisworks
- AutoCAD for 2D drawings and CAD to BIM work
- BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Basic understanding of ISO 19650, LOD and BIM Execution Plans
- Clear written English for client emails and issue reports
Our Hiring Process
- Application review. We read your resume and portfolio within five business days.
- Practical test. A short task linked to the role, such as modeling a small MEP system in Revit or running a clash test in Navisworks.
- Interview. A 30 to 45 minute call with the project lead about your experience and the work you want to do.
- Offer. Successful candidates hear from us within one week of the interview.
