Dubai Municipality has required BIM on major projects since 2013, and since 2024 building permit applications for larger towers, complexes, hospitals, universities and government projects must include BIM-based designs. We build the models to those requirements; your consultant of record makes the submission.
We model to the Dubai Building Code, the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and the authority requirements your project names, follow ISO 19650 where your BEP asks for it, and deliver in RVT, NWD, DWG or IFC.
