BIM365 is a BIM outsourcing company that takes on Revit modeling and coordination work for architects, MEP consultants, general contractors and developers. Your team keeps the design decisions and the client; we put the hours into the model. We are a senior-led BIM studio based in Jaipur, India, supporting projects in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
We cover MEP BIM modeling, architectural and structural modeling, Scan to BIM, clash detection and BIM coordination, fire protection modeling and 4D construction simulation, set up in line with ISO 19650. We work to your BIM Execution Plan, your naming rules and your schedule, not the other way around.

Our Story
BIM365 was set up by a mechanical engineer who spent 7+ years on the production side of MEP BIM: modeling HVAC, plumbing and fire services in Revit, running clash tests in Navisworks and sitting in coordination meetings on projects in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf.
Those years taught one thing above all: a model that looks right in Revit is not the same as a model that works on site. A duct that clears the beam on screen still has to leave room for insulation, hangers and the person who services the damper. That is the test we use on every job.
BIM365 is deliberately small. A senior coordinator plans and checks every project personally, and vetted specialist modelers are brought in only when a job needs more hands or another discipline. You get senior attention on your model, not a junior team learning on your project.

NDA signed before files move. We work in your Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or SharePoint, and delete project files on request.
