Our Story
BIM365 was founded with a straightforward goal: make high-quality, production-ready BIM accessible to construction firms of every size — without the cost and overhead of building an in-house team. We started with a small team of experienced Revit modellers, working with architects who needed coordinated MEP documentation for residential and commercial projects. The work was accurate, the turnaround was fast, and clients kept coming back.
As our capabilities grew, so did our understanding of what different markets actually need. We learned the difference between delivering a model that looks right in Revit and delivering a model that genuinely works on a construction site. That experience — understanding real project pressures, not just BIM software — is what defines how we work today.
