Our Story
BIM365 was founded in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a clear goal: to make world-class Building Information Modeling accessible to construction firms of every size. In our earliest days, we worked with a small team of Revit modelers serving local architects who needed coordinated MEP drawings for mid-rise residential projects. Word spread quickly — our models were accurate, our turnaround was fast, and our pricing made BIM viable for projects that previously could not justify the investment.
Within two years, we were working with general contractors and MEP sub-contractors in the United States and the United Kingdom. These international clients pushed us to deepen our expertise in regional building codes, ASHRAE standards, and BS EN specifications. We responded by hiring coordinators with hands-on construction experience and investing in Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo automation scripts that cut modeling time without sacrificing quality.
Today, BIM365 serves clients in more than fifteen countries. Our portfolio spans single-family homes, 50-storey towers, 500-bed hospitals, data centres, metro stations, and industrial plants.
