BIM Modeling and Coordination by Building Type
Every building type brings its own coordination headaches. Below is the work we do most often in each sector, the scope we usually deliver and the problems we solve on the way. Residential BIM Modeling
Apartment buildings repeat, so one mistake on a typical floor repeats too. We coordinate one typical floor fully, then roll it out level by level, checking risers, plumbing stacks and corridor ceilings where every service fights for the same narrow ceiling zone.

Mixed-Use Developments
The hard part of a mixed-use building is where uses meet. Services change grid at the transfer level, the podium plant room feeds the towers, and car park ventilation and sprinklers run under the retail. We model the shared plant first, then each use on top of it, and run clash tests at every interface.

Healthcare and Hospital BIM
Hospital ceilings carry large supply ducts, medical gas, nurse call, containment and sprinkler mains in a tight zone above corridors. We model them together, keep clear access to dampers, valves and VAV boxes for maintenance, and follow the room pressure design your engineer sets.

MEP BIM Modeling
Industrial Buildings and Data Centers
Warehouses, plants and data centers mean long-span steel, heavy cable tray, chilled water and process piping. We model at LOD 350 to 400 so contractors can take spools and tray runs straight from the model. For upgrades to existing plants, we start from a Scan to BIM as-built model.

Architectural & Structural BIM
Infrastructure and Public Buildings
Stations, utility buildings and public facilities are built in stages, often while parts stay in use. We model the building services and plant rooms, coordinate them with civil and structural models, and link the model to the construction schedule in a 4D simulation so each stage can be checked before it starts.
