Outsourcing BIM only works if the model comes back the way your team would have built it. Our process is set up for that: we start from your standards, we ask questions before we guess, and every model is checked before it reaches you. Our team brings 6+ years of AEC project experience across residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure work.
We Start From Your BEP
Your BIM Execution Plan sets the LOD, naming, file structure and exchange rules, and we follow it. No BEP yet? We agree a short one with you before modeling starts, in line with ISO 19650.
We Raise Issues, Not Guesses
When a duct size is missing or a drawing disagrees with the section, we log it in a query list and send it to you. Nothing gets quietly modeled around, so design decisions stay with your engineers.
One Coordinator, Regular Updates
Each project has one coordinator who owns the schedule and talks to your team. You get progress updates against agreed milestones and review calls booked in your working hours.

Review Your Drawings and BEP
We go through the drawings, specifications and BEP to check what is there, what is missing and what LOD each element needs.

Agree Scope, Schedule and Price
You get a written scope, a milestone schedule and a fixed price, or a monthly rate for a dedicated modeler. Revision rounds are agreed up front.

Model in Your Template
We build the MEP, architectural or structural model in Revit using your template, families and naming, or ours if you do not have one.

Coordinate and Run Clash Tests
We federate the models in Navisworks, run clash detection by discipline pair and send clear reports with viewpoints, then track each item until it is closed.

Check Before Delivery
A second team member checks every model against the BEP before it leaves us. The checklist we use is below.

Hand Over and Support
You receive the model in RVT, NWD, DWG, PDF or IFC, with clash reports and COBie data where required. Questions after handover are part of the job.

What We Check on Every Model Before You See It
A model that opens with warnings, broken links or missing data creates work for your team. These checks happen on every delivery, not only the final one.
- File, view and sheet names follow your BEP
- Elements are modeled to the agreed LOD, no more and no less
- Systems are connected, with correct system types and flow directions
- Shared parameters are filled in for schedules, quantities and COBie
- Open clashes are listed in the clash report with a reason and an owner
- Unused families purged, warnings reviewed and the model audited
- Links, coordinates and levels line up with the federated model
