Regulations and standards
Built for CORENET X and IFC-SG
Submissions through the CORENET X gateways are mandatory for new projects of 5,000 square metres GFA and above from 1 October 2026. Models go in as IFC4 files carrying IFC-SG data, and we set those properties up in Revit as we model.
We model to the SCDF Fire Code and the agency requirements your project names, follow ISO 19650 where your BEP asks for it, and deliver in RVT, IFC, NWD or DWG. Your QP makes the submission.
