BIM Services in Finland for Architects, Engineers & Contractors
Revit modelling to COBIM, LVI and electrical coordination, clash detection and IFC models for BIM-based building permits, for projects in Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere, Turku and across Finland.
BIM365 is a BIM outsourcing partner for Finnish architects, consulting engineers and contractors. We model in Revit to the Common BIM Requirements and your project rules, deliver checked IFC, and take on the modelling hours behind your team.
Our production team works from Jaipur, India, 2.5 to 3.5 hours ahead of Finland, and delivers through your project bank or common data environment. See all our BIM services or how we run a BIM project.

Building Act and standards
Built for BIM-Based Permits and COBIM
Since 1 January 2026 the Building Act asks for building permit applications as a design model or other machine-readable data, with models in IFC 4.3 or newer, alongside the PDF main drawings. Municipalities are still building up their systems, so check what your permit authority accepts.
For model content we follow the Common BIM Requirements (COBIM), which grew out of Senate Properties' 2007 BIM requirements, and work to SFS-EN ISO 19650. Design responsibility and the permit stay with your designers.
