Built for Plan BIM Public Tenders
The national Plan BIM, approved in June 2023, brings BIM into state public contracts in stages: initial level from April 2024, medium level from October 2025 for contracts of EUR 5.382 million and above, and advanced level from October 2027. It is coordinated by the interministerial commission CIBIM.
We work to UNE-EN ISO 19650, deliver native Revit and IFC models, and model to the Codigo Tecnico de la Edificacion and installation regulations your engineers name. Design responsibility and sign-off stay with your team.
