The federal Masterplan BIM for federal buildings brings BIM into all new federal building projects step by step until 2027, and the Masterplan BIM for federal roads makes BIM the regular process from 2026. Both rely on AIA, BAP, a common data environment and IFC exchange.
We work to DIN EN ISO 19650, can tag elements with DIN 276 cost groups for quantity take-off, and model to the state building regulations and standards your planners name. Design responsibility stays with your planners.
