Senior BIM Modeler – MEPF
Job Description
BIM365 is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler – MEPF to join our growing BIM delivery team for projects in Perth, Australia.
The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating building services, supporting clash detection, and preparing high-quality project deliverables as per international BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed MEPF BIM models using Revit.
Develop coordinated models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related building services.
Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
Work closely with BIM coordinators, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and LOD requirements.
Review design drawings and identify coordination issues before construction.
Maintain model quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in MEPF projects.
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, construction documentation, and coordination processes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Good communication skills and ability to work with international project teams.
Experience on Australia projects will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 will be preferred.
